GuestReady is an incredible service that takes the friction out of managing a short-term rental. They manage all of the bookings, communications and cleaning of the property, providing a consistent experience for guests.

The leading proposition for the brand is ’embrace your place’. It speaks to the property owners because with GuestReady you can make the most of your short term rental. It works for holiday makers who can have a better experience of a city by staying in a GuestReady property because they know what to expect and can stay in a place with character.

The new GuestReady symbol represents portals to new experiences for guests and opportunities for owners. The shapes reflect the arches, windows and curtains of homes. The pieces represent the different services that GuestReady coordinate and they slot together neatly to form a G. The colours reflect the terracotta tiles of Portugal, the green parks of London and earthy tones of the properties and environments where GuestReady operates.

To understand GuestReady’s world, the team flew to Dubai, London, Paris and Porto to visit their properties, experience their service and speak directly with staff on the ground. With our team split between Australia and Europe, there were moments when we worked in a 24 hour loop where we could respond to input from workshops that day and present fleshed out concepts, videos and ideas the following morning.

After growing intensively for 7 years, we sensed the need to re-align the GuestReady brand externally and internally. We intro-ed with over 30 recommended agencies, and found in Lovework Studio all that we were looking for. From the very beginning, Lovework showed a strong understanding of where we stood and what we envisioned for our updated identity. Their exceptional ability to listen and comprehend our aspirations translated into a brand design that is not just reflective of GuestReady’s mission and core values, but also positions us strongly for future growth. The passionate drive of Robyn, Campbell, and the entire Lovework team made every interaction a positive one, turning our collaboration into a true partnership. It has been an immensely rewarding project for the entire GuestReady team as well as our customers, and for that we are truly grateful.
